  • Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or consumed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed food items.

  • Meltable products like chocolates shipped during the summer.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.


3. Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
